Welcome to the Archive!

Right now, what you are looking at is purely a photography gallery. Eventually, this space will grow into a robust library of building science resources, WELL Standard cheat sheets, and neuro-inclusive design guides. But we are starting here, with images, because I refuse to let perfectionism keep this page hidden while it's "under construction."

Why photography? Because long before we can design a home that treats us with kindness, we have to learn how to actually look at the world. Our brains are constantly scanning our environments, searching for Zeitgebers (the natural light cues that regulate our hormones), seeking Refuge (safety), and looking for Prospect (a clear view of what’s ahead).

Photography is my way of documenting that search. It is the quiet observation of how light falls across a wall, how shadows create visual quiet, and how the built environment holds us.

Take a breath, drop your shoulders, and have a look around. The heavy science will come later. For now, just enjoy the view.
